Chios Ouzo “Rebiko” from Psychis Distillery was named after the traditional bronze retort, as it is called in the Chian dialect. It has a distinct anise aroma  and careful distillation. The decoration of its bottle is done by a traditional craftsman from the island. He uses the method “xysto” (the traditional method used in Pirgi village). The artwork is full of heart and the craftsman’s personality.
