DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed on myrovoloschios.gr on working days until 13.00 and provided that the product is available, are usually delivered to the main Greek cities within 1-2 working days

For other regions, delivery varies accordingly and can take up to 3 working days.

In areas identified as inaccessible by the partner courier company, the delivery time is determined on a case-by-case basis and is estimated to be up to 5 working days.

Deliveries are performed on working days and hours respectively, not valid for holidays and weekends. If you wish the delivery to be made on a Saturday, there will be an extra charge.

For orders with products that may not be immediately available, but on request, we will contact you by phone to inform you about the delivery time of the products.

MEANS OF DISPATCH – DELIVERY

At myrovoloschios.gr the shipping methods have been determined based on the fastest possible & most economical processing of your orders in the following ways:

Courier (For the main cities of Continental & Insular Greece)

  • Home deliveries are carried out by the Courier company in areas where it has an office (or offices) at the place of delivery.
  • If the customer requests home delivery in an area where the Courier company does not have a delivery office (inaccessible), then there is no extra charge, but there will be a slight delay in delivery time.
  • In order too avoid any inconvenience, it would be advisable for the customer to inform by phone or in the comments of their order, which is the courier of their choice.

Transport Companies (Transport Agencies) (In any cities or regions they serve)

  • Receipt of your parcel from the headquarters of the respective transport company (telephone consultation might be necessary).
  • The payment of shipping costs in this case (except for shipments to ATHENS-THESSALONIKI), should be made upon completion of your order, either by bank deposit (indicated upon request), or by credit card.
  • If you wish home delivery (within Attica), there is the possibility of delivery by a transport company with an additional charge of 6€.

Receipt from our store

Without any extra charge. The pickup can be made during the opening hours of our store.

TRANSPORT COSTS

  • The shipping cost & cash on delivery by Courier is:
    • 4,00€ on each shipment,
    • 1,50€ cash on delivery,
    • plus the cost of the total weight of your order (if it exceeds 3 kg) which is generally calculated from the weight (numerically) in euros, e.g. for a parcel weighing 7 kg the shipping cost is 7,00€.
  • The cost of shipping with a Transport Company (for bulky & heavy parcels) will be announced after telephone communication with the interested party.

The cash on delivery (only for ATHENS-THESSALONIKI) is: 1,9€ per shipment.

The minimum cost of transport is 5,00€ and the final cost will be communicated to you after it has been calculated by the agency.

  • In areas identified as inaccessible by the Courier company, the shipping costs will not vary but there will be a slight delay in delivery time.

RECEIPT OF A DAMAGED PARCEL

We encourage our customers to seek to open the packages either at the courier company’s store, if the delivery is made there, or at their premises, in the presence of the courier company’s representative at the time of delivery. In case any wear or damage is found in the shipped product, which makes it unacceptable by you (not lack of or wrong material)*, then you should declare to the courier company’s staff that the parcel was received with damage and return to the courier company immediately, while immediately afterwards our company should be informed by phone or e-mail.
In case the parcel has been received and the damage is found after the removal from the courier company’s office or after the courier company’s representative leaves your premises, again you should first inform the courier company’s office responsible for the delivery in your area and then our company (this action should be done within the same 24 hours in which the parcel was received). The parcel should either be returned by the customer to the offices of the courier company, or upon request, it should be picked up from the customer’s premises.

In cases of timely notification of the respective courier company and our company for the damage in question, and after the parcel is returned to the courier company, then our company undertakes the handling of the matter with the courier company and the immediate replacement or refund of the amount paid for the purchase to the customer.
*In these cases the courier company bears no responsibility and information should only be sent to our company.

SHIPMENTS IN CYPRUS AND ABROAD

Shipments in Cyprus and abroad are made exclusively by courier companies.

CYPRUS

The shipment to Cyprus is by sea transport and concerns the European part of Cyprus (of the European Union).

The delivery time ranges from 5 to 7 working days from the departure of the vessel to Cyprus.

Departures take place once or twice a week. For orders that have been delivered to the courier company in Athens by Wednesday evening, delivery will be made the next calendar week, otherwise the shipments will remain until the next departure.

The charge for each shipment follows the following pricing, according to its weight:

up to 3 kg – 10,5€ 13 kg – 26€ 23 kg – 41,5€

4 kg – 12€ 14 kg – 27,5€ 24 kg – 42€

5 kg – 13€ 15 kg – 28,5€ 25 kg – 43€

In case of sending a parcel weighing more than 25kg, the charge is 1,20€ for each additional kilogram (kg).

The charge is changed if the volumetric weight of the shipment is greater than the actual weight (in the case of lightweight parcels with a large volume). In this case the charge is based on the volumetric weight and is calculated by multiplying the three dimensions of the parcel and dividing by 3000.

For shipments in Cyprus, payment is only possible by bank deposit or credit card, payment by cash on delivery is not possible.

ABROAD

Shipping to almost all European countries is possible by phone with myrovoloschios.gr. Delivery times range from 4 to 15 days, depending on the destination. Shipments are carried out by road transport, and payment on delivery is not possible.
