Corn Cream with Vanilla Flavour 2x30g Mastiha Shop

Everyone’s favourite vanilla cream, in its most natural and authentic version. With a rich aroma, wonderful taste and velvety texture, it is an ideal everyday choice for children and adults.

Ingredients: corn starch, natural flavouring: vanilla.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 sachet of vanilla-flavoured corn cream mix (30g)
440ml milk or plant-based drink
2-4 tablespoons honey or sugar

Preparation instructions:

Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. As soon as it comes to a boil, remove it from the heat. Take half a cup of the warm milk, add the vanilla-flavoured corn cream mix together with the honey, sugar or equivalent sweetener of your choice, and stir well so that it does not form lumps.

Return the saucepan to the heat and pour in the contents of the cup, stirring constantly until the cream thickens and obtains a velvety texture.

Serve the cream in 4 bowls. The cream can be served cold or hot. Enjoy.
