“Schinampelos” Sweet White Wine from Kefalas Estate – 500ml. In the mountainous low-yielding vineyards of northern Chios, the location of ancient Arioussia, famous for its wines, the indigenous varieties of Assyrtiko and Athiri are grown. This sweet white wine is produced in the traditional way of ripening grapes. The aromas and sugar are concentrated and mastic is added during the alcoholic fermentation. The natural resin extract of mastic complements the aromatic profile of the fruit. Served as an aperitif at 16-18C.
