Traditional Halva With Mastic 200gr

The traditional halva with mastic of 200gr is a  handmade and nutritious treat with Chios mastic. A traditional Greek snack made from tahini (ground sesame seeds into paste). The sesame seeds are exceptionally rich in iron, magnesium, manganese, copper, and calcium and contain vitamin B1 (thiamine) and vitamin E (tocopherol). Sesame has very high antioxidant and anti-cancer properties. Sesame seeds also contain phytosterols associated with reduced levels of blood cholesterol. One portion of Halva (about 80g) contains half of our daily need in iron and phosphor. The traditional halva with mastic has no preservatives, colours and artificial flavouring.
