• 440ml milk or plant-based drink
• 2–4 tablespoons of honey or sugar (depending on preference)

Preparation Instructions:

1. Warm the milk over medium heat. Once it starts boiling, remove from the heat.
2. Take half a cup of the hot milk, add the cream mix and the sweetener of your choice. Stir well to avoid lumps.
3. Return the saucepan to the heat, pour in the mixture from the cup, and stir continuously until it thickens and reaches a smooth, velvety texture.
4. Serve into 3 small bowls. Enjoy warm or chilled.
